Love thy neighbour

When we returned from holiday last week our grass had grown considerably (as it does). Mr M got the mower out but it needs fixing. H, our next door neighbour offered to cut our front lawn at the same time as he did his own. Mr M decided as a joke to to take a chair out to watch him!

It’s our annual Midsummer Event today. It took us ages to do a circuit as we kept stopping to talk to people. They’re showing Mary Poppins Returns this evening so we might go back to watch it.
