Celebrating Summer

I thought I'd celebrate the arrival of Summer with a trip out to one of my favourite butterfly sites. It has the added bonus of some fine orchids. Despite the warm sunshine, the butterflies were not there in numbers, but there was a good variety including blues, Painted Lady, Small Tortoiseshell, Red Admiral, Meadow Brown, Skippers and this Small Heath. There was also Burnet Moth. Worth adding a few in extras.
