Parkrun Volunteers

L and I were on finishing tokens duty at this mornings Parkrun.

MrsT and my sister were running. It was a hot hot morning.

MrsT finished 181 on event number 181. Forgot her barcode though. Managed to get her name matched up with the run director.

Popped into gym on route back (took bike again).

After lunch we all went to look at some more show houses locally.

L and I then played outside with the football, then the park then watched some cricket at the Cricket Club as there was a match on.

Friend A coming for dinner and sleepover with L so I will either head out ten pin bowling or a long bike ride.
