evening all,

I wonder, in the history of world conflicts, how many invasions would have been repelled and how many lives would have been saved if instead of meeting force with force,
force was met with a collection of officials with clipboards and hi-vis jackets checking paperwork and vehicles.

Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, Hannibal and his elephants, all stalled in glorious conquest by an incorrect rubber stamp and a small checklist of prohibited items.....
