Pump'n'Jump

We started the day by taking the tent down, then headed to Glentress to do the lower green trail.  Great fun.  We also looked at a honey bee hive and the cameras on the Osprey's nest in the visitor centre.

Then we drove to Cardrona and parked there, and biked to Innerleithen (2.8 miles) for lunch (and epic cake), then biked back.

This is at the "pump'n'jump" track in Cardrona.  I thought it might be fun, but quickly decided it was too steep for me, but CyclopsJnr got stuck in and loved biking all the humps and banked corners.  He came off once, and I'm not certain if he got airborne on any of the jumps but he came close and looked pretty cool doing it!  Later someone turned up to do some proper pumping and jumping which was pretty impressive.

Exhausted we headed back to Edinburgh.  CyclopsJnr dozed in the car (eyes open buy nobody home) and found enough energy to play with his friends in the street (more biking and some scooting) while I unpacked and made his dinner.

A fun filled action packed biking day!
