Margate

I went for an early swim before my friend collected me for our trip to Margate. We arrived around 12, had a look at our accommodation (Georgian top flat flat on the seafront) then walked into town.

We found a nice place for lunch where we could sit outside. We purchased supplies from the supermarket, dropping them off before setting off in the other direction towards Botany Bay. We stopped for a drink at the pub, had a paddle in the sea and walked back again for our evening meal.

I've walked 12 miles including to the swimming pool. Needless to say my legs are aching now.
