I came out of work in a splattering of Rain to discover this pink rain cover on my bicycle seat.
A lovely freebie from Bill's, a lovely local Restaurant not too far away from my place of work. 
I cycle to & from work daily if the weather is good on my way to work, if it's raining on my way home, I just think "Well, my skin is waterproof".
