Exotic Desert Bar

While walking through the Old City of Panama, my granddaughter, Emily and I came across the Exotic Desert Bar that made iced cream rolls.  I never had one before so thought we would give it a try.  Basically, this girl chopped up the unique ingredients for each iced cream on a very cold, flat surface..  Emily got cookies and cream.  I got cherries.  She then poured cream over the chopped up stuff and began to combine the ingredients.  The more she stirred, the stiffer the cream became.  When it was good and stiff, she flattened out the iced cream.  Then using a spatula, rolled three inch rolls of iced cream.  She placed rolls into a paper cup and sprayed a big bunch of whipped cream on top.
