A Festive Workout

Turned up at class this morning to discover the instructor (2nd from the right) and a few of the others in the class dressed in christmas gear!

I'm just impressed that the instructor managed to do the whole class in tights (it's body balance and usually done barefoot) she did take the boots off though - and that the guy on the left managed the whole class in the Santa suit including the hat!

After class it was off up to Crieff where I was treated to a lovely meal at the Lounge - thanks M :-)
