Woodies on the Wharf

Doing WOTW with my friend from Oregon is an education. He knows every detail that distinguishes say a 1951 Ford from a 1952 Ford. We spent over four hours looking at over 100 old woodies. I like the ones from the mid-1940s during my teen years. Here we see a 1954 Mercury. I bought a used yellow 1954 Merc in 1961 but it only lasted a few months. I liked the 1938 International station wagon that was used by the Ahwanee Hotel in Yosemite to deliver guests from the train station in Merced to the hotel.
