Oh my word...

...what a dreich day it was. The cafes and restaurants I pass on my lunch time stroll all had their interior lights on today...the cars all had their headlights on.

Was supposed to have a late meeting. Very grateful it was cancelled. As I was walking home the rain started and then it started some more! Some serious rain for well over an hour and a fair bit of flash flooding in the area.

A lot of homes and businesses have suffered. I hope they can get back on their feet soon.

Grateful to have been indoors watching it and not walking home in it.
