Here we go

Bars getting set up in Bristo Sq early so that they can be in place for graduations.....it's an experiment. Makes it feel like it's already fringe time.

Spent all morning in an extended meeting/workshop with the predictable post-it notes, then birthday cake for C and a catch-up before shovelling email til late.
