A day of gardening

Felt better this morning so was up and out in the garden by mid morning. The blip is of our former vegetable plot which we planted this year with wildflowers. This morning it appeared to be mostly full of weeds so I spent a couple of hours clearing it out. Didn’t manage to blip the finished product.

We are trying to get the garden in order for the daughters 21st bash with friends a week on Saturday so took ourselves off to the garden centre to pick up more compost and plants.
The weather was gorgeous today so we made the most of it to get the containers planted up and the weeding done.

Treated ourselves to a curry for tea and now home relaxing.
