Hooray, I found one of the beside lamps.  Still no idea where the toaster is.  I'm getting there, but I am exhausted. I've been breaking down the boxes as I go and bundling all the paper ready for recycling.  I get overwhelmed occasionally and then remember I should probably eat something and rest my back... 

Second contractor coming tomorrow at 8 a.m. to look at some mechanics with the HVAC - a story I shall spare you.
