Keeping Cool

Today was another bright sunny day, and the temp started climbing in the afternoon, but it was actually a pleasant 24-ish, I think. Rosie couldn't handle it, though, and found a cool spot on the stone patio.

Tomorrow looks to be the peak of our little heat wave here in East Anglia - could get up to 29! Nothing like everyone is experiencing on the continent, though. Nearly 46 in France! Too hot. Glad Gill is home again!

Spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with Amazon tech support trying (and succeeding, eventually!) in getting the old website database content downloaded through FTP so I can finally shut down that account. Not a very productive day of work, but significant.
