There was a racerunning taster session at EIS today (my home track).
It was a great session because I saw a physio, who looked after me 7 years ago (when I was in hospital) I was absolutely chuffed to see her!
My coach Phil, also kindly made a certificate which has my world record on!
That has just given me an added boost of joviality!
