GOT A LOT TO LEARN....

.... when it comes to night sky shots!

Had a super night tonight with Jen of Newcastle Downunder fame, interesting we both picked this aspect which Jen had thought out well.

We had discussed, with us being up here at Shoal Bay just North of Newcastle, we should go for a night Blip and get a Milky Way or three!

Could not believe our luck when checking, all the "cycles" were lined up, and tonight was the night. 

Well, I have really not done much of this, so had heaps to learn.... focus is the main one, so looking at my shots I failed!

But hey it was a super night, and Jen also brought some steel wool for a bit of fun in extra, plus another in extra.

Just heard she arrived home safely so look out for her shots.... and the ones she took a few nights back are pretty great as well.
