Training and meeting Anna

I took Rafi to a racerunning taster session today that his coach was helping out at, and he had an extra training session. It was a great surprise to see Anna there. She was one of the first physios that worked with Rafi when he was in intensive care nearly 6 years ago now! Gives me goosebumps to think how far he has come. Rafi's coach Phil had also thoughtfully framed the photo finish from the recent race where he got the world record time,and he presented Rafi with it this morning. Rafi was absolutely thrilled with it. Spend the afternoon helping Kiera out with her garden......it's a big job!
