Murphy

Murphy’s been with us 3 weeks now, he’s a happy boy but still getting up to mischief, so has my neighbour today as well. He called me round to help him this afternoon. There was a big black fly on his kitchen blind so he thought he roll it up to squash it but actually pulled the whole blind down instead. He said he was a bit overzealous with the cord. Not bad for an almost 90 year old. After some climbing on his kitchen worktop, me not him, laughter and poking the fitting with a stick to ease the spring, the blind’s now back in place. No sign of the fly though ...
