Louth Run for Life

AJ took part in this 5k race today and he was very chuffed with his time which was just a tad over 30 mins.! Not bad for an aged codger!!
on the eye front  my left eye is still very very blurred but back at Moorfields next Tuesday. I think it just takes time to recover -- I am hoping.!
