Soundbath

After doing some more work round the house, I went to a soundbath meditation this afternoon. Have never done one before, but Deal Music & Arts Festival we're running this (and a couple more during the day) as a taster session. It was a lovely way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon, lying under the trees, listening to nature. Hope to do it again one day.
