BIG AND SMALL

This is one of my favourite insect hunting paths at RSPB Saltholme and here's a big black cloud which was approaching fast this afternoon, along with a strongish breeze which blew most of the insects away. However, I found two small things (extras): a Drinker moth caterpillar (I've no idea what a Drinker moth looks like, but the caterpillar is quite noticeable), and a pair of mating 22-spot ladybirds. They're so small that I didn't realise there were two until I saw the photo on the computer, and I didn't know they're actually supposed to be yellow until I looked them up. Digits included for scale.
