Eeny, meeny, mint moe!

So on a Monday I like to open a good bottle and have just one glass (yes, just one). Nothing better than on a Tueaday knowing throughout the day there's a great glass of red waiting for you. Leaving the bottle to breathe makes such a difference.
A good red wine is a guilty pleasure of mine!
