Beach Huts & Groynes

So this morning (early start at 0600 in order to catch the tide) we sailed to Brightlingsea - situated between Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea, at the mouth of the River Colne, on Brightlingsea Creek. It is very, very hot. We moored up to the pontoon (about 1015) and cooked a (very) full English breakfast. Then we caught the "Colne Ranger" (I know) to the shore and went for a walk. These beach huts are lined up along the shore. My extra is of one of the groynes which are fighting the longshore drift.
