Ball Girl

Three years ago (to the day!) I took Becca to Wimbledon to watch her brother as a ball boy. She decided there and then that she wanted to be a ball girl herself and today that dream came true.

She has worked so so hard throughout the past 10 months of training and that all paid off today. It culminated with her doing the last hour on Centre Court and I was lucky enough to get to see her as I’d queued for a late entry and bought a Centre Court re sale ticket.

I only had my phone with me so didn’t manage to get any really good photos of her in action but hopefully will next week when I go again.

Wow what a day...and its only day 1 of the tournament!
