inkface's year

out of the undergrowth

This delightful tiny white plume moth flew out from a bunch of nettles we were clearing. So white, like a tiny ghost. Its wings were like delicate feathers. It sat here for a while - long enough for me to pop inside and get the camera. I haven’t seen one before. After a few minutes posing for me it flew back into the warm darkness and security under the nettles.
