JOK Chasing Sprint

Unusually for almost all the orienteering events I go to, this one was televised live on the Adventure Show. For this reason the time it was on had to fit to TV scheduling so it was a Friday afternoon-evening. I therefore had to take the afternoon off work to go. It was based in Callendar Park in Falkirk.

As with previous JOK chasing sprints, it is made up of a prologue and then a chase. My run in the prologue went very badly so I had a lot of chasing to do which went much better.
