Bees

Off across the mountain to have my hair sorted out this morning - very much needed - and it's now summer short. Then I zoomed off to Toomore to see if the bee orchids were still out. They were - just. Another place that has thankfully been left to its own exuberant devices, this is a graveyard, full of every kind of wildflower and very beautiful it looked. I have never seen bee orchids before so was very excited. 

Even more excitement - the first swim of the year has just been taken and it was gorgeous, not even a scream was uttered!
