Coasting

Quieter day today. 

Headed to Forvie Sands after breakfast where we spent a pleasant hour or so strolling along the beach watching seals on other bank of Ythan. 

We then headed inland to Pittmedan Gardens (making use of our NTS membership) and whiled away another hour or so admiring the horticulture (which was impressive & beautifully maintained) and farming museum.

We were both tired so back to hotel for lunch & nap and then headed back over to Slains Castle and walked along the cliff tops (staying well back) and then down to the beach at Cruden Bay which I had to myself (MrT having retested back to hotel).
