A little light rain

It will encourage all the new heuchera and liriope plants in the beds outside the stitching cave. These polyanthus growing in an urn outside the sewing room are a pretty shade and match some of the hexagons I’m presently stitching together.
Now we’ve completed this part of the garden and it’s very pleasing. Illogically then, on Sunday we went to see a home that’s on the market. It is the first time we’ve done that exercise in 20 odd years. Just a little gentle homework, thinking how sensible a single level home would be instead of this one which is split level and probably not perfect for the aged and decrepit.Be prepared, they taught us when we were young. It’s not easy ; ))
