Before and After

New stair carpet fitted today.

When we moved here 55 years ago the stairs were painted and a carpet up the middle.

I think the original paint was used on battleships ;( 
Then we used white paint.
Next we had a fitted carpet which was Axminster but I decided to have a new one.

It's not such good quality but looks brighter.
It was too big a job to decorate the stairs so they're left as they were.

I've only just been able to add a blip.
I've tried for ages.then changed my password.That didnt work and they blocked me.
I've managed on this tablet.give me strength.
