Forest Bathing apparently

Back to work, and the weather decided to go all grey to compliment the mood… usual for a Monday, fight my way home through traffic then throw the dogs in the boot of the car and up to the woods. Finishing our walk just in time for J9 leaving Tai Chi. Got to admit it’s great that her class is next to our favourite woods.
