Diet wrecked!

Again! A lovely day of catch ups and dinner! First my bestie came for coffee and we spent ages catching up, both of us have too busy lives to see each other as often as we’d like to. Then Sue for lunch, she still doesn’t look at all well. Finally out for New Mexican meal at Sante Fe with Moira and Pete. I really should have stopped eating when I was a quarter through the burrito, but old habits die hard and I kept going! I’ve taken a hefty dose of gaviscon before I go to my bed!
