Where are We!

Today a day off work. Yay. Spent the morning in the garden in blazing sun before heading up to Maldon to attend the High Sheriff of Essex’s Garden Party (!). Not our usual environment, we sat in a quiet corner and people watched. We were served fruit cordial and cake. Left as soon as was politely possible and spent a pleasant afternoon and evening exploring some of the pubs of Maldon. This amazing mural was in the upstairs of a brilliant bar called the Tap Room.
