I have had this thistle pop up right beside my front door this year and rather than pull it out as a ‘weed’ I have let it grow. My plan is to wait for it to flower properly then extract the milk (I’ve heard loads of great things about it thanks to Outlander!ha!)

I start my Counselling Diploma this week as soon as I get the reading materials through and I have a 3 year plan (finally!ha!)
