Wast Burrafirth Lilies

Overcast most of the day, some brief sunny spells, the odd shower too.  A dry evening, and fairly sunny.

I had a great night at the wedding, but tired this morning.  It's been a fairly lazy Sunday, watching telly mostly.  Some walkies with Sammy before tea.  Met friend Julie this evening, and we took the dogs out for a walk.  Feet up by the fire now.

A fine evening for a walk with the dogs, and plenty to look at too.  There was big horses, mean Shetland cows and bull, and we also met a hedgehog along the road.  I was excited to see a rain goose (red throat diver) with chicks in a Loch.  As we came by the kirk, the display of wild water lilies were looking great.  Even with the poor summer, the wild flowers are keeping things looking fresh and cheery.  Taken next to the West Burrafirth kirk.
