Stick Insect

CCN and her Carer alerted me to the fact that there was a Stick Insect outside on the security door. I raced out with my camera and honestly couldn’t see it anywhere. It was so well disguised and so tiny. I gently lifted my new found friend onto the outdoor table. It was just impossible to photograph it on the door. They are the most fascinating creatures. Even with my camera on macro, there was no way I could see the its eyes. Perhaps they don’t have them, I’ll have to read up on them.
