Lavender, close up.

The weather forecast was for some rain later in the morning, they got it right. I managed to pick the broad beans, shell them and now they are in the process of being frozen. the plants out and into the compost bin.
In an ideal world I would leave the plants in the ground to release nitrogen, but space is at a premium so they will  eventually return as compost.
