M and I spent the best part of 2 hours at the Devon Gin School, Dartington, making Gin through the process of distillation This short course was a Christmas present from our daughter and Son in Law. We were able to tailor the product to our own taste using Juniper berries plus many other flavours, from botanicals, spices, and many other natural products. All in all a very satisfying morning, now we must wait a few days for the flavours to develop.Cheers!
