Keep your mouth shut.....

....otherwise you get a meal of bugs on the descent. City Creek Canyon trail is a lovely ride, both up and down. Bikes are only allowed on odd-numbered calendar days, cars only on even days. Today is the 9th....yay.
A bit of a miserable route getting through the suburbs to the mouth of the canyon, especially the climb up B street (well named?), it is a B***** of a climb. But worth it though, for the quiet beauty, the wide, paved and well graded cycle path up to the city water supply pump station. Found a better route on the way home - will use that next time. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your point of view), despite the warning signs I saw no bears or cougars.
