Shadows

It has been another lovely winters day.. Not as warm as yesterday. 

John had a fall while he was out this morning. He come home covered in blood. He grazed both knees which were not too bad. I cleaned up his wounds and found there was a deep cut under his chin. He didn't want it looked at by a doctor. I got him along to the chemist and she told him it needed looking at. By then It was really bleeding again.. so off to the Afterhours surgery. Three hours later we were making our way home. He got three stitchers in his chin. 

With all of that I didn't get much done today. This really old jar belonged to a great aunty. It would be will over 150 years old.. Looked wonderful with the late afternoon sun shining on it.
