Before the days of tumble dryers......

......and radiators, drying clothes on a wet day was somewhat more low-tech......but the recently inherited family clothes horse always had that added advantage of doubling as a tent frame for we siblings when we were bairns ;-) It's a bit wobbly and battered these days......but y'know something, it still does the job!

The firstborn and the granddaughter are popping down later, supposedly to help me move things around and write yet more lists of things to do......but in reality I suspect they'll do more ratching through the family archive than on the practical stuff ;-)
