Web Work on a Summer's Morning

Every morning, I take Dexter out for a few minutes onto the front porch before our day begins. We like to sit quietly and listen to the birds sing. Then I put him back inside and I take a short walk around the yard.

There is a spider who makes us a gorgeous web every morning, and when daylight arrives, it is glorious to behold. She is a hard worker and we appreciate the beauty she has made, especially when it is backlit by the morning light!
