Who needs the Med?!

Dymchurch beach has such a wide, empty expanse of sand. Who needs to go abroad when the weather is so good and the beaches are so lovely in Kent?!

We’ve had a great day playing on the sand. We had the obligatory fish and chip lunch followed by an ice cream. L then had a little rest before we popped down to the station to watch two of the miniature steam trains go through and then went back to the beach for more paddling, sandcastle making and frisbee (L says “Crizzbee”) throwing.
