Rotary knife cleaner

Saw this in Malmaison in Aberdeen, which I only photographed because it was from George Kent who were based in High Holborn, London. Which is now a street of offices and not manufacturers. It's got a little built-in clock to tell you how much time you've saved by using this instead of doing the job manually.
