Amongst the buzzing bees

I headed down to our “local” lavender field today, about forty minutes away, and the first person I bumped into is from our winter photography group and he was meeting his daughter and granddaughter for a photo shoot.

Although I got there just after 10 a.m. the car park was already busy and the opportunity for taking lots of pictures without people in didn’t happen.

It was a useful exercise and I came away with lots of pictures and a bag of lavender which I picked on my way round. It’s sharper in large view.
