Return to the North

The seven hills of ...

Sheffield! It is reputed that the city of Sheffield was built on 7 hills (like it’s more famous counterpart, Rome) there is some contention over the claim but it does appear around Sheffield itself in place names etc.this was the last but one Friday of term and as such has been a bit of a wind down! My fridays before the exams were a full day of 3 x year 13 classes followed by a year 12 class in the afternoon. Since exams it has been 1 x year 12 class in the afternoon. Today I took advantage of the time and went for a slightly longer lunch.
I pass this view on the way into work (and in fact have blipped wildflowers from here) but someone said there was a cafe on the site that had a reputation for good food. So today I sampled their delights. Had the most delicious warmed feta, roast pepper and red onion jam ciabatta with salad and twice cooked chips - absolutely delicious.

Then it was back for a bit of crime and deviance in my sociology class :-)
