Saturday: Cucumber “Tasty King”

I’d started lots of cucumber seedlings off weeks ago but the slugs ate them all ... except this one! Potted it on this afternoon and I’ve added some beetroot seedlings around the edge, little red leaves which I hope to add to salads, if the slugs don’t get them first!
Weather grey this morning. I had a bit of a crafting morning, experimenting with stamping onto shrink plastic, with mixed results ...
Sunshine thIs afternoon but not too hot. Potted on a few Kale “Thousand Headed” and tied some of the bush tomatoes in the greenhouse onto supports.
Weather forecast for sunshine, it’s been un-summery ...
