Knackered!

Another good day's Brompton/Tern cycling with Lurkio over in Morecambe Bay.

Early train to Lancaster >>> cycled along route 6/700 to Glasson Dock (via Cafe d'Lune for breakfast) >>> had a little tootle around Glasson >>> cycled back to Lancaster (called for a pint at The Wagon & Horses) and then up to the Lune Aqueduct (which carries the Lancaster Canal over the river Lune), I was quite excited cycling over it! >>> route 69/700 into Morecambe >>> Morecambe prom up to The Strawberry Gardens at Heysham for refreshments >>> back along the prom and all the way down to Happy Mount Park >>> back along the cycleway to Lancaster train station.

Worked out that we cycled about 30+ miles which doesn't sound a lot if we were on proper road or mountain bikes but is a fair distance on folding bikes, where every little hill feels like Alpe d'Huez :-D
