Solway Tide and Threave

We almost visited Cardoness, but it turned out to be closed so we turned around and headed to Kirkcudbright. We had a nice wee saunter around town, then visited Maclellan's castle, and after lunch, on to Threave. 

Threave seemed to go down well with everyone. The Bug loved the fairy trail, and we managed to get around most of it. N did dinner again - roast chicken. 

The Bug was very excited to be spending the night camping with his Auntie A and Uncle M, but a bit sad to leave the Bear behind.
